The apartment Arias is situated inside a 16th century prestigious historical building, Palazzo Pirajno, in Cathedral square. The wonderful square with its amazing norman Cathedral, is the heart of community life and here many events, sport, religious, entertainment, take place. Very few steps away from the apartment, there is the Mandralisca Museum, the sandy beach, the Medieval Lavatory and the pedestrian track to the Rocca. Around many good restaurants where the guests can enjoy the best dishes of the sicilian traditional cooking, wine bar, sicilian craft shops, tipical sicilian gastronomy products, apparel and so on. The apartment has a double bedroom, through which it is possible to get to a small terrace with an amazing view over the sea; well equipped Living/ kitchen and a bathroom.. It has also a furnished terrace with view over Cefalù and the sea.

Location was great and we did not find it too noisy at all

It was shabby. They claim you have two outdoor spaces but they were not usable. One was covered in pigeon poop. Easy fix if they put an awning up. The roof had no usable furniture . It’s a shame too because the views were amazing. The quilt was filthy.

Arias la suite del Duomo is a charming apartment right on the Piazza del Duomo with a fantastic view of the town, coastline and the piazza. The apartment was tastefully decorated and comfortable with 2 terraces to enjoy the views from. If you appreciate historic buildings, this apartment is located in a renovated palazzo entering through a cobblestoned courtyard. We would love to return someday!
